CITY Yale, Yale’s Undergraduate Urban Studies Discussion Group, will be kicking off the semester with its inaugural CITY Yale Lecture Series, to be held throughout October and November.

Beginning the lecture series will be Alexander Garvin, the president of AGA public realm strategists and an adjunct professor at Yale. His lecture is titled: “What the 2012 Olympics Brought to New York City”, showcasing the original 2012 Olympics plan and the many places in which NYC2012 proposals were adopted by the city and transformed into the Brooklyn Bridge Park, Hudson Yards, and other projects.
